Brand

Are your products tested on animals?

No. At CHOMEL we “do not conduct, contract out, or fund studies on animals in the development, manufacturing, testing, or marketing of our products, nor do we intend to do so. In addition, CHOMEL supports the development and adoption of alternative, cruelty-free methods of safety testing.

Are your products really safe and effective? How are your products different?

We have painstakingly focused on all the big and little things that go into creating an amazing product and service. Are these products exclusive to CHOMEL?

Yes. We believe so much in our products and company that we’ve lost sleep so you don’t have to. Our team has been hyper-vigilant with the details to ensure your family’s health and well-being – so you can rest easy (and more!). Shipping

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address before your order is shipped. Kindly contact our customer service representative at support@chomelbaby.com. Once the order is shipped, you are unable to change your delivery address.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you can easily track the status in your Account page. You can click your order history and selecting the order you wish to track. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification email with tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

To get your items by next business day, kindly place your order before 4pm* everyday.
For all orders placed after the guided timeline, it will process the next business day.

What is the shipping fee for delivery within Malaysia?

If your shipping address is within Peninsular Malaysia:

  • Shipping fee for orders below RM80 is RM10
  • Shipping fee for orders above RM80 is FREE

If your shipping address is within East Malaysia

  • Shipping fee for orders below RM80 is RM20
  • Shipping fee for orders above RM80 is FREE

How are your orders shipped?

We are working with DHL eCommerce for Malaysia delivery.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Internet Bank Transfers for major banks in Malaysia via ipay88.
We do not accept cash or personal checks as payment.

Can I return my order?

Yes. As we strive to provide you the best baby essentials, and guarantee your total satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with our products, you can contact our customer service representative at support@chomelbaby.com and provide us your feedback on our product(s) and we will create a solution for you. Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product and they have to be in a sealed condition. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of RM10 for each return.
How long will my return take?

All return orders will be processed after we receive your return at the warehouse. Please allow up to 10 working days for the store credit to be applied.

How do I exchange a product?

If, for any reasons, you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we will happily accommodate your request under our exchange policy. For all return and exchange products, it has to be in a sealed/unused condition. Kindly submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request via your Account page, or you may submit your request together with your order number to support@chomelbaby.com and we will get it sorted for you. Upon receiving your return order, our team will immediately ship out the product you’d like to exchange for and give you up to 7 business days to return the product with which you want to exchange and return upon communicating with our customers representative.

Please take note that all exchange and returns expenses are borne by you and there is a restocking fee of RM10 for each return and exchange.
